We will not under any circumstances sell or pass on information to other parties without your prior agreement.

All private information given in confidence to a practitioner during the course of your treatment will be kept confidential as per our staff confidentiality agreement.

We may with your permission discuss your circumstances with referring practitioners to receive advice on how better to meet your needs.

Whilst you are not obliged to provide us with the information requested, if you do not, it may limit our ability to provide you with the level of service you require and expect from us.

If you believe that the personal information we hold about you may be incorrect, please contact us and we will take all reasonable steps to correct the information.
